Please contact us at orders@arabianoud-usa.com to notify us of a return within 3 days, quoting your order number and reason for return. Please wait for the return approval and further information before returning the product. You are responsible for the return costs. Perfumes purchased through the Arabian Oud website are exchangeable or returnable as long as they are sealed within their original packaging, and are in the same condition received.  All requests for an exchange or return must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order. 

The item must remain sealed in it’s original condition. Once your item has been returned in fully re-sellable condition, we will notify you when your refund has been issued. 

The online store is separate from the physical stores. Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at Arabian Oud USA stores under any circumstance.
