At Arabian Oud, we always strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return perfumes according to the following conditions:
1. Return and Exchange Period:
- Perfumes can be returned within 7 days or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.
2. Conditions for Return and Exchange:
- The product must be in its original condition and unopened.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and labels.
- A purchase receipt or proof of payment must be provided.
3. Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products:
- Perfumes that have been opened or used.
- Oud wood and oud oil cannot be returned.
- Partially used gift bags cannot be returned.
- Partially used products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
- Exchanges will be for the same product in case of a manufacturing defect. It is not possible to exchange the product for another product; only returns and placing a new order for the desired product are allowed.
4. Return and Exchange Procedures:
- Customers are directed to any of our branches to complete the return or exchange process.
5. Refund:
- The refund will be made using the original payment method.
- The refund process may take from 3 to 7 business days, and in some cases, up to 14 business days.
